The Urban Thai Shin Pads can be used in all fight sports, however, they are primarily designed for Muay Thai training for their super-light materials, flexibility and great protection of the vital parts of your legs, Including the shin and the top of the foot.
You’ll also be greatly protected from incoming low/leg kicks with the added Punchtex Gel Padding design on the shin and foot.
